At our site in Sweden , we sell state-of-the-art process measurement technology for customers in the biopharmaceutical, chemical and brewery industry, as well as pipetting robots to automate liquid handling processes for the pharmaceutical and food industry through to cell and DNA research.

How you can make a difference:

You will own and drive our service contract business, acting as the key link between customers, sales, and our service organization.

From quotations and negotiations to follow-ups and ERP updates — you ensure everything runs smoothly, professionally, and with excellence.

You are not just coordinating.
You are strengthening customer relationships and driving profitable growth.

That’s what you bring along:

✔ Experience in Life Science or similar industry

✔ Background in customer service (service contract sales or inside sales are a big plus!)

✔ Strong administrative and communication skills

✔ Fluency in English + one Nordic language

✔ Structured, solution-oriented, and service-minded
